For existing customers, we offer encrypted email communication (PGP, Proton Mail) as well as availability by phone, Threema and WhatsApp, where appropriate. Communication via Threema and WhatsApp is limited to short, organizational matters and is not intended for offers, contractual topics, or support requests.
Conference calls and video meetings are conducted, depending on preference, via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. For structured professional exchange between customers, developers, beta program participants, and selected partners, we use Matrix on Element servers. For informal exchange we offer a Slack Workspace with Channels for each of our products.
For data protection reasons, we prefer communication via EU-based platforms.
