Events & Dates Around Agentoryx

Agentoryx is developed iteratively. Transparency, early feedback, and professional exchange are therefore central elements of how we work. Through our regular online events, we provide insights into the current development status, discuss real-world requirements, and openly reflect on limitations and open questions.

All events are held as Zoom meetings on business days and are intended for users, interested organisations, and decision-makers who wish to use AI-supported automation in a realistic and responsible manner.

Please refer to the event calendar for detailed dates and times.

Who Are the Events For?

Our event formats are designed for:

  • small and medium-sized enterprises with concrete automation needs
  • public-sector bodies and regulated organisations
  • IT managers, process owners, and decision-makers
  • pilot customers, beta users, and early adopters

Depending on the format, prior knowledge may be helpful but is not mandatory. The intended audience is clearly indicated for each individual session.

Overview of Our Event Formats

Agentoryx Product Update (Beta / Preview)

Product Update sessions provide a structured overview of the current development status of Agentoryx. In addition to new features, we deliberately address open issues, known limitations, and key technical decisions.

These sessions are aimed at users who wish to follow progress closely and who have realistic expectations of an evolving platform.

Topics include:

  • current development status
  • new or revised components
  • known limitations and open questions
  • outlook on upcoming milestones

Early Adopter Roundtable

The Early Adopter Roundtable is a moderated exchange format for selected users and invited pilot customers who are accompanying Agentoryx at an early stage. The focus is on open dialogue rather than presentation. Honest feedback and joint prioritisation are essential elements of this format.

Topics include:

  • experience reports from real use cases
  • comparison of different requirements
  • joint prioritisation of enhancements

Requirements & Use-Case Workshops

In these workshops, real processes are analysed collaboratively and assessed for automation potential. The objective is to derive robust, practice-oriented requirements. This format is particularly suitable for organisations with clearly defined needs or pilot projects.

Topics include:

  • analysis of typical workflows
  • identification of suitable automation steps
  • exclusion of unsuitable use cases
  • structured documentation for product development

Architecture & Concepts Sessions

These sessions provide a foundational understanding of the conceptual and architectural principles behind Agentoryx. They are aimed at technically interested participants and decision-makers. The focus is on clarity and comprehension, not source code.

Topics include:

  • platform architecture fundamentals
  • role of AI agents and workflows
  • differentiation from classical automation and RPA approaches
  • overview of security and data protection concepts

Governance, Control & Responsibility in AI Agents

This format addresses questions of responsibility, traceability, and control in AI-supported systems. It is particularly relevant for regulated environments and public-sector organisations.

Topics include:

  • controlling and limiting agent behaviour
  • transparency, logging, and traceability
  • responsibilities in automated decision-making
  • insights from early tests and pilot phases

Roadmap Preview & Prioritisation

The Roadmap Preview provides a structured outlook on planned development steps. This is not a feature promise, but a transparent explanation of prioritisation decisions.

Topics include:

  • planned features and thematic areas
  • technical dependencies and constraints
  • alignment of user needs with platform stability
  • collection of structured feedback

Agentoryx Live Experiments & Demos

These sessions present real tests and demonstrations without polished presentations. Errors and limitations are explicitly part of the discussion.

The objective is to provide a realistic view of current capabilities.

Topics include:

  • live demonstrations of agents or workflows
  • explanation of unexpected behaviour and deviations
  • discussion of productive application scenarios
  • contextualisation of results

Ask the Team – Open Q&A

This open Q&A session offers a low-threshold introduction to the platform. There is no fixed agenda. The format is suitable for new users who want to better understand Agentoryx.

Topics include:

  • brief introduction to Agentoryx
  • answers to open questions
  • information on beta access and next steps

Year-End Review & Outlook

At the end of the year, we summarise the development status and reflect on key decisions.

Topics include:

  • achieved milestones
  • technical and organisational learnings
  • high-level outlook for the coming year

Organisational Notes

  • participation is either public or by invitation, depending on the format
  • specific dates and times are published in the event calendar
